The Kemptville Legion, Branch 212, Pipes & Drums is one of the longest continuously serving pipe bands of any Legion band, serving its branch and the surrounding area of Eastern Ontario and Northern New York state since 1959.

The Authority to form a band was passed at the regular meeting of the Kemptville Legion Branch 212 on March 22, 1959. Ralph Munro of Oxford Mills was the first Pipe Major. To this day, the band members wear the Munro tartan in his honour, and our crest - as seen on the front page - is the Munro Clan crest.

The Kemptville Legion Pipes & Drums proudly plays at events across Eastern Ontario. New members are always welcome. We practice every Sunday from 10 until noon at the Kemptville Legion.
